Nonprofit Explorer is a platform that provides summary data for non-profit organization tax returns and full Form 990 documents, in both PDF and digital formats. It includes organizations that have applied for tax exemption under the 27 subsections of section 501 (c) of the tax code and have filed Form 990, Form 990EZ or Form 990PF. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is responsible for processing and publishing applications from non-profit organizations. However, due to the large number of applications, the documents available on Nonprofit Explorer may not be the most recent ones submitted by an organization. The Idaho Nonprofit Center (INC) is a non-profit organization that provides resources and support to other non-profits in the state of Idaho.
It was founded in 2002 and is based in Boise, Idaho. The current CEO of INC is Rebecca Koppes Conway. She has been with INC since 2011 and was appointed as CEO in 2017. She has a long history of working with non-profits in Idaho, having served as the Executive Director of the Idaho Community Foundation from 2006 to 2011. Rebecca Koppes Conway has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Idaho and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Boise State University. She also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Idaho. Under Rebecca Koppes Conway's leadership, INC has grown significantly.
It now serves over 1,000 non-profits in Idaho and provides them with resources such as training, consulting, grant writing assistance, and more. INC also works to raise awareness about the importance of non-profits in Idaho and advocates for their needs at the state level. Rebecca Koppes Conway is an experienced leader who has dedicated her career to helping non-profits succeed. She is committed to helping INC continue to grow and serve more non-profits in Idaho.
